David Gantsweg, CFP
David Gantsweg is President and CEO of Thirsty Horses Group, Inc. He acts as Senior Financial Advisor for his clients and is a Certified Financial Planner. David has been an investment advisor and financial planner since 1989, following a successful first career as a professional musician in Europe. David and his wife, Connie, live in Marin with their two children, Briana and Kevin.
 
Jeff Thornton
Jeff Thornton recently joined Thirsty Horses Group from All California Mortgage. Jeff has been helping clients with Financial and Mortgage Planning since 1997, and prides himself on establishing a strong trusting relationship with each client, and is currently working towards his Certified Financial Planner designation. Jeff volunteers in the community as his son's coach on various teams. He lives in Marin with his wife, Kathy, and his three sons Jeremy, Randall, and Bryant.
 
Susan Pierce

Susan Pierce acts as Operations Manager for Thirsty Horses Group. She brings years of experience with customer service, administration, and non-profit organizations to Thirsty Horses Group. Susan and her husband, Mike, originally from Alberta, have settled in Contra Costa County with their dog, Grommet.
